Printed Reports

Microstran takes advantage of built-in Windows facilities to produce professional printed reports. The print preview feature gives you the convenience of checking reports before printing, and the ability to print multiple columns with type of any desired size means more efficient printing. You can set print margins to the nearest millimeter in the Page Setup dialog box. You can even print multi-column reports in landscape orientation. The picture below shows a preview of a page of an analysis report.

As shown below, the total number of pages in the report is printed next to the page number. Your firm's name is shown prominently at the top left of each page, and at the bottom of each page is the Microstran version number and the location in the computer of the report file.

It is easy to print a restricted range of pages. First, you identify the pages you want from the print preview, and then you input the range in the Windows Print dialog box shown below.
