Reinforced Concrete Detailing

The RC detailing option operates in conjunction with the RC Design modules to generate RC details for beams or columns. Detailing follows the recommendations of the publications Standard Method of Detailing Structural Concrete (Institution of Structural Engineers, UK), and the Reinforcement Detailing Handbook (Concrete Institute of Australia). RC details and reinforcement schedules are written to a CAD file in DXF format. The designer may control a range of drawing parameters such as layer definition, text style, and cross-section scales. Typical column and beam details are shown below.
