Tooltips in Dialog Boxes

In addition to the pop-up Help available through the Help button, dialog boxes have tooltips. The tooltips in dialog boxes are similar to those that appear when the mouse cursor passes over a toolbar button. When the mouse cursor passes over some dialog box controls a small pop-up window appears with Help relating to that control.
